Questions About Magnum Opus

Do the elements need to be circulated through the chakras before starting the magnum opus or does it work as well to do this while doing the MO meditations?

Also, in the page for step 3 it says there is more required to purify the elixirs. What are the steps after 3? Would circulating solar and lunar energy help?

And a bit unrelated, but I would like to be much taller (even though I'm already 6' 8") so I was wondering if modifying the pineal meditations to effect the pituitary would trigger growth hormone secretion.

I'm not sure what piece of the magnum opus the philosophers stone is but it is created by circulating the energy you get from the energy buzz after the last step of doing hatha or kundalini yoga (the laying down part) through all of the chakras and than dropping it down to the pineal gland for a minute and directing that down to the solar chakra. This is what I do but I also circulate not only the energy from the buzz but also the energy from the previous session of this exercise along with the new in the exact same manner as described above.

I believe HPS Maxine Dietrich has said you need to work on the pineal gland every day if you want to complete the magnum opus some where as well. The three magnum opus steps are an additional piece of information you can assess.

If you are really that advanced enough to do the magnus opus then you should be able to have this information directly from the gods. You wont receive answers regarding the steps after step 3 of magnus opus.

My advice is to follow a specific practice consistently and while doing this make sure you establish a close relationship with a Demon or ask Satan for a Demon that can help and guide towards immortality.

You should also have a risen serpent before you proceed to do so. But once you reached really advanced levels, there's no better guidance than the one you can receive from the gods. Really that's the key as books and other Satanists in this group can only take so far, but the Gods and Satan really take you to godhood.

Of course study goes hand in hand with that guidance, plus staying in the JoS community obviously.

As the clergy has already said, once you are ready to actually do the Magnum Opus a Demon will assist, guide and help you.

There’s a yoga pose called the Rabbit Pose, it’s near the bottom here:

It says how people that do it regularly report growing 1 inch. I do this specific set of poses everyday, this is what I recommend.

You basically just described the first two steps of the MO except in step one it's stored in the sacral

I won't go into full detail on my situation but there's a reason I'm asking this on here rather than asking the gods. I'm unable to summon and have nobody to practice telepathy with as all my SS friends are new or lazy. And because of being constantly surrounded by dousens of people with no privacy I can't tell if what I'm picking up on is a message or the thoughts of others around me

I've never heard of circulating elements through the chakras as something that is to be done as a part of the magnum opus.
