Help with disease cure work

I am going to start doing work for healing some health issues and would like guidance.

I will use the vibrating aura in the chakras to get healing.

My doubts are:

* For the kidneys is the base or sacral chakra to use?

* Should I use the heart chakra for the lungs?

* For the spine, which chakra should I use?

** And when is the best time to do this kind of work?
