About vibration to open the 8th and 9th Shoulder Chakras

I am Bangladeshi. My language is Bangla. For this, I am confused about how to vibrate "zzzzzzz". When I vibrate the word of power, I can't adjust the vibration with my tongue. Mistakely I vibrated sssssss.
Please give me the vibration audio so that I can vibrate the word of power correctly.

ssssss happons more in the mouth while
zzzzzz comes from the throat. if that makes sense
