Just like the title, the 31 is perfect for that! Mercury is in Aquarius, there is what is called 'blue moon' that power up every spell and there is a Eclipse which is the first after 150 years to happen during a 'blue moon', Mercury rule every type of comunications so i really think is a perfect day for opening your astral sense's.
