Yeah I get that. I have to do some hard thinking on the matter. Most conflicting for me is that, once I stopped masturbating daily to porn, I felt my nervous system heal itself in many ways, and it seemed like my vitality was restored. The truth about porn is that its a Jewish dominated industry and is geared towards making your sex life completely fucked up (In its actual purpose). I do not know if it was always like this but it is, currently. As most things it has both positive and negative affects. It can enhance or wreck on life depending on your use.

There are certain points about porn (all of these are about regular masturbation to porn),
1)You waste energy masturbating to porn while you could masturbate with your own visualization, improving your visualization as well as can be regularly used in meditation.
2)Porn is addicting. I don't expect SS to get addicted to porn (because part of being an SS is to develop self control), although normal people especially young people do get addicted to it.
3) Regular masturbation to porn physically changes your brain. It physically rewires your brain and fucks up your dopamine and other reward chemicals pathways and causes other problems that are related to concentration, anxiety etc.
4)Porn is made towards making people get into more extreme material. Once you start getting addicted to porn it usually will not help if you keep consuming the same kind of material. To get more stimulation, you'll be moving into more extreme material eventually, namely rape porn, ultraviolent porn etc, which displays extreme violence against women and normalizes physical aggression against them.
5)Porn makes you unable to perform. If your beating your meat with what's called the death grip everyday, you'll be unable to perform or cum depending on your body during actual sex. A woman's vagina can never offer that tightness associated with your hard grip. You'll be fucking her non-stop and still unable to cum in her vagina.
