How to Cool Down?

This is in regards to temperature. I know how to use energy very sufficiently to warm up when I'm cold but I'm not sure yet how I can cool myself down when it's too hot. Any information?

I think that mastery over the water element would help with that. Alternatively, you can try visualizing cooling white-blue energies in your surrounding area. There was also one method where you would visualize all the atoms around you and mentally slow down their vibration in order to lower the temperature. For that last one I do not know if it actually works, though. I have not tested it personally.

Water element can be used to cool. This is taken from the water element page on the Jos:

“The more advanced you become, the more you will feel the coldness of the water element. You should feel like a block of ice. Adepts are able to keep the body cold as ice even in the hottest of summer weather. The water element can incite depression, so it is important to go slowly. Water is used in rituals involving attraction.”

You could try visualising yourself in cool or cold water or ice for a certain amount of time. If by heating up you mean that you (from memory) expand energy from your spinal cord (practitioners who are good enough can stand naked in a waterfall and keep warm), then (if it is not dangerous to do) you could maybe try safely to do the opposite, or "breathe in" a small amount of cool or cold energy, or better breathe it to be around you, rather than in you. Start small so you can get a feel for it safely. These are just ideas.

You could also try Elements, if you are able to handle them - carefully and very slowly invoke a small amount of water for cooling effects. Elemental work can be dangerous, so if you haven't the experience, either don't do it or do one or two breaths only, to be able to gauge it.

I would assume that it may be similar to the Meditation to produce heat(Expaning the Sushumna) instead of visualizing the Sushumna as red hot, maybe visualize it as icy cold as if encased in ice and just repeat the same steps as the former guide. However I'm not sure if there will be any side-effects or if it will be any of use since I'm not advanced enough to do these type of meditations. But I thought I might throw in my 2 cents and try to help out another Satanists.
