Question on king and queen meditation
When I do the King and Queen meditation can I do normal computer work or walk around while relaxing while feeling the energy of solar and pineal well?

It's best to stay focused on the energy. I'd discourage you from doing this. Full focus is what brings the most power. Though if you are on a tight schedule, it may be better to do it like this instead of not doing it at all.
