If the admins are wondering then I would say that my friend posted this and it was rejected. I do understand it may have been a mistake or misunderstanding so I made up a post with explanation and on how to use these backups.
This is the complete backups of yahoo groups created. It was not a straightforward thing but worth doing after i tinkered with few stuff and wrote the program. I have uploaded zip files containing backup of each group. Like the backups of forums in past use Docfetcher. Avoid symbols like ' or " any other in docfetcher search as the html file may have tag for symbol and the result wont show up. These zips are really portable and are so because I did not use much formatting in html files it has. The html file can be opened in any browser. do extract to a folder and then open. Dont open directly from zip as it will not show proper formatting and may not be comfy to read. The background should look black with red text just like jos main website

The groups i backed up have each and every message posted on jos yahoo except the ones moderators deleted or didnt approved. I'll be posting the jos main group backups shortly after i upload it. For the newsletter section backup i can sort out the files as per the High priest who posted them if the clergy wishes to upload it or link it to sermon section of jos site. I havent worked upon other groups like teens 4 satan, blacksun666, blacks for satan and older black race groups. I modified

Program and removed the content + '/raw' on line 95. This downloads some json files. Each file represents a message posted. Then i made another python program to copy specific content from json file and create a html file. I will release the source code for both programs surely.

Interesting, and very good job. But it has to be made foolproof to be used by everyone. I could hardly use this in that form without many complications. Please do this, this is very important. If you can also update this, all the better.

It is as foolproof as i could. How do i make it more foolproof? How do i make it more useable? Making it into an app even if its for android would be too slow and a compromise on searching function. User needs to use docfetcher when on desktop to search for terms in search just like yahoo groups. I was in a hurry and will surely include docfetcher in the zip file. Huge number of small html file makes it time consuming to make a change in zip file or even make a new one. I chose giving the html files number instead of topic name as programming otherwise would be a bit complex. Please do suggest any improvements. I am not able to get rid of strange symbols in joyofsatan666 yahoo group. Idk why. Internet has no answer. Or maybe yahoo used some different kind of file for older groups.

I finally managed to get the strange symbols out of way. It was a programming error on my side. I will be re making the joyofsatan666 Main group backup affected by this blunder again. Regarding making it more useable i am planning to put a docfetcher in every zip for group. Also a index html with all topic names and links. For android i will make a app if possible otherwise.

can work on android to provide similar functionality. Making search functionality is what is needed in app.

Hundreds of sly messages like that are put forth everyday, but I legit thought what he said was viable. At least, in a non advertising sense, it is.

This is why everyone has the ability to open a valid report so if anything happens, please use it.

The numbers many daily. Every post is checked, btw. This guy was a little slyer than usual.
