Whats with the 2 shootings that happened in Texas/Ohio recently?

Is there anything to these shootings? False flags, or anything like that? I looked over the one in Texas and to me it seems very staged. I also noticed jewish kabbala numbers in the 'number of victims and injured' reports, but these will most likely change. Is this another false flag attempt to make new gun laws, or is it a distraction from other major things that are happening?
