2024 makes more sense astrologically. Pluto, the slowest planet, enters Aquarius, thus completing a cycle. The Age of Aquarius will start then. I wouldn't be surprised if it matched the end of Kali Yuga.
The article is full of speculations. He even talks about "the last Ice Age" which never happened because the planet has never undergone Ice Ages in the first place. Mankind is much older than 12 thousand years old.
