I've done it at home, do it yourself with sterilized needles, it's moltorizing I often do it where I need it, it's really good advice to everyone

I do it but I used a simpler method, the lancing device to measure the glycemia is like a gun loads and shoots without feeling pain

Acupuncture helped me with a wrist problem. I was very lucky to find an acupuncturist who knew what he was doing. I had tried doing it myself, but I wasn't very good at it. The acupuncturist laughed at me when I described how the needles had wobbled as I moved my fingers. Apparently they're not supposed to go very deep at all. Anyways, the problem disappeared within after 4 or 5 sessions and my wrist was 100% functional again. Definitely a good physical add on to energy healing.
