Satanama meditation

Hello fellow SS and greetings from Hellas (Greece).

Today I was searching about the Satanama Meditation and I have a question...
Should I begin doing the meditation by doing the mudra and vibrate Satanama to each chakra for 7 times starting from the the Base to the Crown?

I also want to add the Raum meditation. Is it 108 for each mantra ~Raum, IO, EA~ or fewer repetitions can be effective too?

I really need to work and empower my Soul and Aura especially now that Spring is on the way and always this time of the year I feel very energized.

There is not one way to do it, it is individual. Do it however is best for you. You can do fewer repetitions, this makes it easier to keep up a daily routine of it.

Interesting, yesterday early morning when I was ready to do my meditations routine I "heard" my GD telling me exactly how to do it by saying "this is the right way for you, this is how you'll get stronger".
