Having problem with my teeth

Hii everyone!!

I have gaps between my teeth and I want to fill that gap.Can anyone suggest me some methods or maybe some affirmations that I can use.

Probably useless but I have diastema between my front upside teeth and I'm using rubber bands to bring them close.
It's not perfect but much better than when I before I started to use them.

Why not just look into a dentist?
