I am looking for a meditation practice

Post by qqsszz »

I want a meditation to improve my attention and be more calm (I am a bad tempered person and I get engry very easily)
I used to practice mindfulness for this purpose but knowing it comes from buddhism it makes me want to change the practice
Flame meditation is good for attention but what can I do to develop calmness?

Hello, my English is bad, but i wanna help you.
You need know it the reason of you bad tempered and angry, when you know it fix it can be much more easy, generali the bad tempered is product of angry, pain repressed in alway moment of you life, probaly in your childhood when you were a helpless child so a adult, (parents, teacher, any familiar or person in authority position) he had a abusive attitude, so all this shit is repressed, free yourself from that, search in you memories what is the agressor(s) and free your anger where it corresponds.

Later your can use a rune for health like Wunjo and health your psiquis for all the damage.
Even when you be free some sicks can be disappear, and your facial gestures will be more relaxed.

My advice is the practice of Asanas with an emphasis on forward bends, Twists, Standing and Sitting postures. Breath long and deep while holding the Asanas and keep your body still.
Alternate nostril breathing will also aid in balancing your energies, which results in a calm and tranquil mind.

After the above practices Void keditation will be significantly easier.
