Chakra spinning tips?

So I started to go into the chakra spinning business. I only got one question...

When I start to spin chakras, their top seems to start going all over the place, tip gets crooked, etc Especially the lower chakras. I spin the upper chakras just fine, heart chakra is easiest for me.

Anyone encounter this? If so, how did you counter it?

You're absolutely right. I actually got an answer just as I clicked ''submit'' on this post. Quite a good bit of focus to visiul. spinning. How on earth did I even get this far without resorting to such focus on other meditations?

I don't know if you're being sarcastic or if you're stating the truth. In any case, I forgot to add that sometimes it may be easier to focus on some parts of the soul (the upper chakras in your case and my case as well), then other parts. With practice, though, one can better their focus. You can do so by keeping to do the same exercise which you have troubles with or by training your focus and visualisation skills separately. It's up to you.

well something that i used to do when i was in the beginning which helped me spin the chakras from 1 or 2 up to 100 was this:

so when i wasnt able to spin a chakra properly but it was rather slow or it was buggy like in a game ( ), i visualized chains around my chakra which were a symbol for the blockage which i was going to break so that my chakra is free, so i was imagining, aswell as using my real hands as a help of visualisation, that i am grabing up to this chains on my chakra, and that i am pulling and pulling and pulling.... aaand pulling and then the chaings suddelny BREAK and my chakra flashes like crazy like a sun, spins soooooo freaking fast that it was completely free of the blockages in the future, and this kinda always through me in a slight euphoria because i felt light and released and FREE... i mean this is what I USED, you can try it thou, maybe it helps you aswell, and if not, try to find a similar way which will help you destroy the blockages and release you in a second
