Curses/Binding Spells To Shut Down a Business

Greetings everyone, there is a business across the street from my house which has been a massive thorn in my side for years. This business is a recreational marijuana dispensary and the grievances related to this place are continuously piling up and have been allowed to continue for far too long. It's disgusting customers are very rude (90% of them are your typical idiot thug/gangster wannabe rap fan potheads), like to play loud stereos which disrupt meditation and peace of mind, leaves heaps of trash all over street and my yard, brings crime to the area, and have committed hit and run on my vehicles numerous times, and the business blatantly refuses to cooperate with police each time to provide information on the offender. Worst of all, both city and local police turn a blind eye to this business considering that legalized marijuana in this state is proving to be a huge cash cow for the local government.

I could go on and on about the absurdities of this place and the wrongs it's done to me and others in the same neighborhood, but to sum it up, I am done with it after letting this place off the hook for far too long, however, I cannot seem to think up a good binding or curse against businesses. If anyone has some good suggestions as to what kind of working can be done against this place, I would appreciate it very much. It does not matter how crude the working is, for this odious business deserves to be destroyed in the most brutal way possible.

I thought of another:

"(Name of business) has now lost all interest from their customers, proprietors, investors. All problems from (name of dispensary) have completely, permanently ended in every positive way for me."

First thing that comes to mind is doing a runic working with Tiwaz/Tyr that deals with justice. The affirmations I've posted I think are ok and handle all variables of your situation

And I think you would time this working on a waning moon (for endings), when placed in Taurus since this is earth sign - the material wealth and land. The business is to be driven to bankruptcy and relocated away from you.

My bad, but why was I told in the past not to do bindings/cursings while mercury was retrograde ? Mis-information given and taken.

Saturn retrograde does not affect black magick. Only Mars.
