This is the old Serpent Empowerment RTR.
The last line of the affirmation is actually "Satan's Supreme and Invincible Power is Forever!" and it was done in repetitions of 18, not 9.

We don't need to use this anymore because the Final RTR is trillions of times more powerful. The Final RTR is even stronger than all of the previous RTRs multiplied together. So you don't need to waste time and energy on this, Satan would appreciate it much more and it will be a much greater help to do the Final RTR instead of this.

In addition to what others have said, I would be very hesitant to use JoS material if found on another website. It could have been altered, and even small altercations can be important. Always make sure what you're vibrating matches perfectly with what the ministry gives us.
