The first tibetian

I feel like this may be a silly question, but for the first Tibetan it makes sense to me that for balance one would spin first anti clockwise and then after spin clockwise. However it is always stated just to do anti clockwise. Just most of what we do In yoga and satanism is done that way. First one way and hen the opposite. Is it not so in this case?
