question about BELIAL

hello everyone I'm new here and I've been documenting satanism on the page of joy of satan and I was reading the description of Belial and I do not understand the part of dece that provides familiars to what he refers to that truth I do not understand .

Note: Be kind to my ignorance is that I'm just documenting for me this is an unknown terrirtory and I'm eager to explore it and I do not want to hurt anyone

Providing familiars means he provides helpful animals that assist in magic.

incredible what those relatives are and to think that he would grant such a gift to humans, ess thanks for the explanation :)

You might have missed it so I will just point it out quick. Its not spoken Be-Lie-Al it is spoken Bee-Lee-AL. Alot of people give Him a bad wrap because they believe Him to be inherently evil based on a misunderstanding.
