Viewing it right now on laptop, that's what I took the screenshot on. All the other pages of JoS work for me except that one.
Since NitrateOsfatate666 also is seeing the same problem with another browser, seems multiple browsers are breaking that page for whatever reason.

Okay. Yes, it looks like recently there are more people who have seen pages showing up incorrectly. I know there has recently been a very big change in Chrome about how pages are connected, but I don't know enough to explain it. Maybe Apple has also changed something because it seems like they like to work together, especially if they say the reason for changing is about security.
