That post is a good format for a combat-based AOP (as opposed to one where you prevent "normal" karmic negativity).

In addition, doing the FRTR and cleaning Hebrew curses or energy off will make it significantly harder for any curses to stick, as well as removing any that you may have from past lives.

Lastly, in extreme cases, you can use Ansuz to detach yourself from the enemy in all ways. This is useful if you have previous attachments to anything related to them, or other forms of programming which can make you susceptible to attack.

Do your AOP and cleaning daily, as well as your other actions of this path.
