You should really go to sleep. When you're sleeping very deeply, spinal fluid comes up around your brain and washes it. It gets rid of bad chemicals that build up and replaces them with clean ones. If you don't sleep or the sleep isn't deep enough, this doesn't happen so toxins just keep piling up on the brain. Use the Shrim mantra on your crown chakra, it sounds like your upper chakras have got dried out/burnt up from having too much energy from the lower chakras without enough in the upper ones to balance it.
