Do RTR's and clean yourself after both the RTR and going to church. Program this specific cleaning to remove any hebrew curses or energy from your soul.

The RTR itself will destoy the enemy energy, then use Surya to fully remove it from your soul. If the situation is bad enough, you can even direct a 3x RTR at yourself, through intention (not changing its affirmation). This will enhance the effect.
