Do they have to be silver or can they be made out of some other material?
If they strictly have to be silver whats minimal percentage of silver they can have in them.

No, it doesn't have to be silver. The site states the optimal setup for a Satanic altar, but if you are short on cash or have trouble getting some items then it is fine to get substitutes.

Just do your best overall, it is your intent that matters most.
