Hi! I was making a protection ritual for a friend. But she has a Hebrew name. Is dangerous to say a Hebrew name during a ritual?

Besides the red flag of your friend, don't ever use joo names or related stuff in anything you do. If your friend is only a gentile with a name of a giu (very strange) just use the mental image of your friend. Thats how I would do it and I'm not superstitious.

Is your friend Jewish? What exactly do you mean by Hebrew? Is David or John considered Hebrew since it’s in the Hebrew Bible? If not you should be fine.

Except for a few technical names. Most "Hebrew" names are actually Gentile names. Or God names translated to be names.

Like for example John a typical Christian name derives from Ioannes/Oannes the persona of Satan in his Middle-Eastern ancient name.

Another one is Sarah, Saraswati.

The question is what kind of "hebrew name"? Some names were originally gentile and got stolen by Jews. The name in an affirmation is used to focus the energies on the respective person, so as long as you associate the name with that person it's fine.
