Question #1595: Which way do the chakras spin?

Whenever the website doesn't mention details, it should be taken to mean "whichever way feels comfortable and better to you", in any exercise, not just the chakra spinning. If the direction was important, it would mention it. For example, I always spin them counterclockwise. If I try to spin them clockwise, it feels as if I'm being drained of energy. But I've seen people who say clockwise feels better for them.

Clockwise or counterclockwise.
Remember to keep each chakra spinning in the same direction.

Focus on the spin, not the direction. Worrying about direction of spin will only distract you, just focus on spinning them and let them spin whichever way feels most natural.

You can rotate the chakras in any direction convenient for you. I feel the same effect and result after rotating the chakra to the left (clockwise), or to the right (counterclockwise).

Look at the swastika, the swastika is at the base of the pyramid (chakra), the direction of the arms of the swastika indicates the direction in which I must turn.

The chakras flipped downward turn clockwise, so the swastika here is like in the National Socialist flag.

The upside-down chakras are from the 3rd, 5th, 6th, 7th and also the other chakras above the head.

The non-upside-down chakras turn counterclockwise so the arms of the swastika point in the opposite direction than before.

The non-upside-down chakras are the 1st and 2nd.

The only doubt I have is about the 4th chakra, since it is a connector and has 2 points.

The 4th chakra could be formed by two crossed pyramids, one upside down and the other non-upside down, here the principle stated above could apply, one part turns in one direction and the other turns in the opposite direction, but as one.
