Hello, I am a new member here. I have begun to do spiritual warfare recently. I have also begun preforming rituals since HP_Hooded_Cobra posted them for us to do recently.
I am looking to get this right, and I have a couple of questions.

1.) Should we begin rituals with the timer on the JOS website? If not what is the purpose of this timer?

2.) Should we only be doing the spiritual warfare as decreed by HP_Hooded_Cobra? Should I be doing more?

3.) I have seen it mentioned on the forums that meditation can help a person reach mental revelations. For example, I have some immature perspective and through meditation I realize my folly and grow. Are there special meditations for this? Or is it done just through regular meditation, as in focusing on your breath?
I am early 20's and I am wise enough to know that I am immature, but not wise enough to know in exactly what ways I am immature. Since JOS is a once in a many lifetimes opportunity I want to start solving this now. This is because I believe that it is hindering my advancement.

4.) Do SS often include regular the regular meditation mentioned above in their routines?

Hello and welcome to the forums!!

1. When the timer hits 1:59:00 you can preform the FRTR or follow the ritual as posted, same with when the timer hits 00:00:00. It's so we keep up with other members who do it at these times to amplify the power of the ritual they and you are doing.

2. Sine you are fairly new I'd say don't burn yourself out, unless you specifically feel like you can do more then you can either do the rituals as posted by HP HoodedCobra or you can do an FRTR. Up to you.

3. Try to do void meditation, flame meditation, to get your mind under control and to also help control emotions during stressful situations, although, don't expect immediate results as it takes years to master ones mind.

As for understanding what you might be lacking in/at, try to study and learn about your natal chart (but do not, under any circumstances, post your natal chart info, rather do it with Ask-Satan service anonymously, so as to avoid getting cursed or worse by the enemy).

4. Aura + Chakra leaning, Aura of Protetion (AoP), Void Meditation and Yoga is a MUST. For regards other meditations, if you feel like you can handle extra energy without burning yourself out or hurting yourself then do so, but start out slow. If you feel ready, start by opening your chakras and then move as you see fit.
