Every time I do the Baal ritual, I get sleepy and start yawning. What could it be? When I start vibrating the runes I automatically yawn (even if I have done something to raise my energy).

From my experience, it means you haven't raised enough.
You need to affirm after raising energy.
Here's an example for Satanas,

SATANAS with an affirmation like 'the energies of Satanas are raising my energies in a healthy, safe and protective way' can make you feel more bold and energized and less irritable or tired. - Karnonnos

Saying the above 3 times is enough. Open and close with AUM.
