Men on, or doing Nofap, report extraordinary changes in their lives since successfully abandoning porn and masturbation. They don't feel any sexual arousal, no libido, no desire to work on your goals, no pleasure in doing anything, watching anything, or eating anything healthy. Is there spritual explanation about this?

You may have been a little misguided here as the NoFap thingy is mostly good as it promotes the rennouncing to Porn, but at the same time it is not good as it promotes no masturbation.

Masturbating is very normal as it is used to free sexual energy that is too much in your sexual chakras. You need to know that masturbation is good when it is not done in an exaggerated manner.

You can masturbate but instead of watching the Jewish pornography things that are on the Internet, use your imagination, and then you will see that the NoFap thingy was a lie, as your goals in life will be the same if you maintain the good path of Spiritual Satanism and also you will see that there are no such things as "losing your energy" or "losing vitamins and nutrients" as we all know that when we eat, our body reproduces a good amount of nutrients and vitamins back again.

Fighting addiction is always not easy. Thats why no one should play with drugs or addictive substances. Once you become addicted, the journey is not an easy one.

Flatlining is a period that generally occurs because the brain is trying to heal itself. It also depends on how much one has been exposed to pornography and the extent of the brain effects. So it happens but you can bring back life by doing things that bring you back to normal.

Such as exercising, Working on you projects, Lifting weights, Practising your hobbies. Spending time with friends and family. And many other things that uplift life; without forgetting meditation.

Dating someone also helps to bring your sexual life back to a natural level.

They 'report extraordinary changes' but are these communities really happy? They are full of blatantly insane people, people addicted to other things, people linked into xianity/pisslam and people still bitter about not being given a waifu by default just because they didn't fap for 40 days (which is the usual reason people get involved with this - wish fulfillment). This is like the 'extraordinary changes' one sees in any community like roid users.

Abstaining from pornography can be very healthy but abandoning masturbation altogether usually makes someone mentally ill unless they're not sexual in the first place.

People would be much healthier if they stopped using all kinds of algorithimic and addictive stimuli (like video games, social media, television, fast food slop and porn) to excess and relied on what their body is telling them.

Don't listen to people who say masturbation is bad ( totally wrong ) but obviously it's not cool in excess, everything in excess can be bad for you. Masturbation is healthy, it helps in many areas, one of them is that it helps your sexual development. You can also use your orgasm for certain meditations, like this one, for example https://satanisgod.org/www.angelfire.com/empire/serpentis666/Ascending_Energy.html

Now pornography is not healthy at all and changes your brain (makes it worse, obviously) you can look it up on any search engine and you will see the damage it can do to you.
