Ever since a child, I was followed and haunted by this black shadow.

I mainly start getting spooked when I'm in a dark environment. I can feel it or see it and it defiantly got its time's worth of fear off me.

Ever since I dedicated I felt a lot more at peace and didn't feel as spooked as I had confidence in my Aura and the Gods.

But the shadow(s) started coming back, around the time I brought a scrying mirror home (which is in a silk pillowcase.) But I don't feel the shadows very much now (Like as a kid when running up the stairs after you flick the light switch because you already felt it.) Now I just see them, then feel them.

I completely black out my room and put a sleep mask over my eyes so I don't doubt myself when I see my Aura in the dark. I can lightly see my Aura with a blindfold on while my eyes are closed, I can even see the antique tiger stuffy I keep on my bed lol.


But then out of nowhere these shadows just spear at me trying to grab me or come face to face with me. When I start visualizing white light around me and start saying stuff from the Final RTR it gets more aggressive and I almost can't visualize what I'm trying to do because its right in my face and the shadow is so dark compared to everything else that It catches my attention every time.


For the past few days, it's been putting very dark orbs toward my stomach. (Keep in mind I have a blindfold on in a blacked-out room and these orbs are very dark compared to everything else I'm seeing) The feeling is also not soothing like breathing in white gold energy. I'm questioning myself on whether I should breathe, like when you're in a bathroom that reaks like shit.


Sometimes they come during meditation when I'm in a lighted room so I just whiff a fart at them, threaten them I'll do the Final RTR, or just continue focusing on what I'm doing.

I just started the returning curses part 1 on this waxing moon and read about the thought forms which really helped me tune in and focus when distracted.

One thing I'm worried about is the black orbs being shoved into my stomach. Like wtf is this???

Do I just ignore it, do the 2nd part of the final RTR, or surround myself with white or blue energy?

It seems like I'm being weak cause I just give up and turn on the light :?

Burn it with blue Satanic energy, and/or make sure your AOP reflects any negativity back at them. Using Tiwaz can help for this. This would prevent any negative energy from going into your soul.

Beyond this, you must also learn to ignore any distractions or negative thoughts. I cannot tell whether this is just a product of your mind, or a genuine threat, but regardless, you set your AOP correctly, then move on.

You can also use Thurisaz to destroy any astral connections between you and them, making it much harder for them to interact with you, if not impossible. There is absolutely no reason to associate with anything negative like this.

Yes, you should turn on the lights and test if the same thing occurs or not.

I don't get attacked anymore and don't even feel that energy lurking when in the dark.

Even when I visited my grandma I never got hunted by the shadow there. (Which everybody feels at night)
