Porn creates sick ideas about sex. Imagine some teenage girl wanting to see what it looks like, because it's normal for someone that age to be interested in it. Later she comes across some sick, directed porn, in which a woman is forced into all sorts of sexual activities. What can such a girl think about it later? I belive orgasms have immense energy, yet a man can orgasm without ejaculating (it takes practice but it is possible if you really wanna do semen retention), and eventually release sperm once or twice a week or as one feels needed, as this contains the life-force.

I'm not sure where this strange myth came from that sperm takes a week to form.

In reality, it takes a max of 3 days to reach the full capacity of sperm your testicles can hold.

i still cannot understand, in my case i used to watch porn masturbat everyday and sometimes its been multi time per day.

Now i haven't masturbat or watch porn or even think about it for more than a month and my mindset is about the gods and jos.
