White man applying for West Yorkshire Police is told 'we're only hiring women and minorities'

Only ethnic minorities and women can apply 'at any time'

Potential recruits to West Yorkshire Police are being turned down because they aren't women or ethnic minorities, a Kirklees councillor has claimed. Cllr Mark Thompson, (Con, Birstall), spoke out after a white man who applied for a job was unable to have his application progressed as he didn't belong to a minority group. The prospective recruit was told that his application would be held until Police Officer recruitment is open for everyone.

At Kirklees Council's last full council meeting, West Yorkshire Mayor Tracy Brabin who has responsibility for police matters heard the councillor's concerns. Cllr Thompson read out an email received by the applicant which said, "West Yorkshire Police is currently under-represented by women and people from Ethnic Minority backgrounds. In accordance with the Equality Act 2010, we offer those from under-represented groups the opportunity to apply at any time". The councillor wanted to know whether the Mayor felt that the process of obtaining a degree to enter the Force was slowing down the recruitment of new police officers and whether the email was to do with the "racism that's involved in recruiting new officers at this moment in time".

In response, Mayor Brabin defended the police's recruitment process, saying, "I am hugely proud that the West Yorkshire Police (WYP) has again by Peel standards been designated as outstanding. When I became the Mayor of West Yorkshire I committed one hundred percent to get our WYP to reflect the communities we serve and Alison Lowe has been an exceptional deputy mayor leading the way and as a woman of colour, she understands more than most that we have to build trust if we are to police by consent. That trust is built by representation. We are, across the UK, one of the most highly regarded recruiters for people of colour and women. I'm also very proud we have one of the lowest attrition rates for women in the police force. I will continue to back that programme, I will continue to back that focus and I wake up every morning delighted that I am not the police and crime commissioner for the Met because we are not in that place and that is about leadership, it's about a direction of travel and I will not apologise for trying to get a police force that reflects the people we serve." The issue was brought up at a council meeting earlier this year by the same councillor when it was said that the police's recruitment process was "hampered" by diversity and inequality.

West Yorkshire Police responded to this comment by saying, "[We are] committed to improving equality, diversity, and inclusion within the organisation. The force remains conscious that we have under-represented groups who are currently people from ethnic minority backgrounds and females. We do use Positive Action, allowed under the Equality Act 2010, for targeted advertising for PC recruitment to groups from these underrepresented groups. To be clear though, this principle does not apply in the selection and interview process for available roles. West Yorkshire Police will always employ the best person for the job, who gives the best interview on the day or performs the best in an assessment, regardless of how they describe themselves on their application form. There is no advantage or preference on the basis of ethnicity or gender, but there is a focus on helping people be the best they can be, to change the makeup of our workforce.".

I can tell you right now this is absolutely insane. Blatant racism AND sexism at its finest. I guarantee 99.9% of those women will not be able to manhandle or apprehend criminals who won't use their size and strength to their advantage....any average jane that signs up for this are going to get face rolled unless she is one of the .1% outliers who is largely built, works out and has a lot of testosterone, and depending on what kind of people they end up having to apprehend or deal with they might still have trouble.

Good luck trying to cuff some rabid hajie in London because he's gonna go allausnakbar mode and slam jane to the concrete....

This is the result of the acceptance of the exaggerated feminism and sexist propaganda.

This is a very well-constructed plan of theirs in order to reduce the birthrates and also fuck up the values of children worldwide.

Imagine, that besides the Incel and sigma male status videos that have over 14k views on YouTube and pop almost 2 days consecutive on teenagers' feeds, teens and kids see this sexist propaganda.

This is why we have birth rates reduce and people now think that a screwed up blue-moron or a sigma male that states shiet and forget about women or such are a good way to get advice from and even apply the tips that are presented by the two categories I have stipulated.

I personally think that the world shall apply the same respect for both men and women, of course with considerable modifications as, biologically speaking man is stronger than the woman, but either way, the world shall move the hell out of the sexism and oy vey my minority mentality.

I think in this instance the main goal is to further undermine Western police and judicial systems. It's a general theme across Europe. But I think there is overlap with other projects so you are not wrong to bring your point up.
 
These incidents are doing more to red-pill White people than any post on JoS or alt-tech social media.
 
I think communities should police themselves at this point. A centralized police force has become too problematic even for all of its benefits. The government is no longer of the people for the people, and everyone has to ask "Well whose people?" Or (((whose))), but beside the point. I know Black people have never really liked having their neighborhoods policed by White men, and White people probably don't enjoy policing Black communities. I know for a damn fact that I would be extremely unhappy living in a White community being policed by people who don't look like me. It's just wrong.

I know what I'm advocating for is a bit radical, but private police forces and militias have worked in the past. Rich people hire private police forces for their gated communities. I think it could work, and I think if it did work then it would work a lot better than this multiracial garbage that's attempted by the government. The different races all need their own breathing room separate from each other. As the jewish double speak line goes, "We're all humans", yes, but as different races and cultures of humans we are distinct. As for jews, no, not human, by their own admission of their spiritual leaders.
 
People need to sue these idiots into oblivion,their is discrimination laws for that, but to the reptilian jews (that mean not White's or manses) if any of these institutions or jobs do this than they open themselves up to lawsuits, those people should sue the police department into oblivion
 
One thing I noticed is that the reptilian jews are trying to hire more (npcs,communist,useful idiots)
I'm sure it's a tactic by the jews for when they try an rob someone, no doubt the useful idiot slaves will probably try something soon,I hear some flyers were handed out to some Canadians saying that the government has the right to take your property in an emergency,which is illegal but,the reptilian jews are hard at work they want your rights gone,
