Thaum or Aum For 6th Chakra?

For the 6th Chakra, I have seen the Sanskrit mantra for it listed as both Aum and Thaum. Does it matter which one you do?

Thaum is much stronger.

Thaum is best for 6th, and Guam is best for the pineal as the G sound directly stimulates the gland. A tip, given years ago by HPS Maxine and HP Cobra, is to lay on your back while vibrating Gaum into the pineal gland, it targets it best

So can Gaum be incorporated into the Complete Chakra Meditation? Or should it be it's own seperate exercise? Or does it matter? Thanks.
