). RM3.5 line validation is reported in (Barber et al., 2005
) and comes from an XY donor isolated from neonatal foreskin. This transgene expression system, termed GAPTrap, involves the insertion of the specific reporter gene into the GAPDH locus in hiPSCs using gene-editing technology (Kao et al., 2016
). For this study, RM3.5 GT-GFP-01 constitutively expressing green fluorescent protein under the GAPDH promoter was utilised. The RM3.5 hiPSC line was initially derived from human foreskin fibroblasts and reprogrammed using the hSTEMCCAloxP four factor lentiviral vector as reported previously (Somers et al., 2010
). All procedures described below were applied to be both cell lines. Both lines were maintained in an undifferentiated, pluripotent state in a feeder-free system using E8 media (Thermo Fisher Scientific, Carlsbad, USA) supplemented by a Penicillin/streptomycin solution at 5 μL/mL. Cells were plated on T25 353108 Blue Vented Falcon Flasks (Corning, Durham, USA) that were coated approximately 1 h prior with extracellular matrix vitronectin (Thermo Fisher Scientific, Carlsbad, USA).

All I can say is this thing happening as a baby leaves a huge trauma. A hangup for what was taken. Talk about attacks on mans masculinity.

I'd never allow it and advise people to be very wary of being cut. There could even be MRSA risk from having a surgery.

I see this circumcision as a mutilation and a symbolic sacrifice since they couldn't take the baby as a whole sacrifice. They make some story to offer what blood sacrifice they can instead of the whole child.

It's only disgusting done to babies because it's forced. Adults can choose their religion and mutilate themselves as adults for religious sacrifice.

There will be a lot of things about brain control we don't know about that they already have.

It truly is reprehensible in every way.

Those responsible for perpetuating this sick practice need to be brought to justice.

Circumcision causes irreversible psychological damage, permanently rewiring the brain.

It causes extreme difficulty for baby boys to bond with their mother or create healthy/fulfilling relationships with women as an adult.

Circumcised men tend to be more prone to develop or display sociopathic traits, addictive personalities, depression, anxiety, etc..

Yes, it's a direct attack on masculine power, literally attacking and removing the most sensitive part of the phallus. This leaves deeply seeded beliefs of inadequacy, insecurity, self-doubt, demolished self-esteem etc..

It makes for defeated, compliant, subservient, weak men with diminished phallic power.

The most common complaint among women is that "he isn't man enough" or "he isn't a real man" and it causes women to feel unsafe and unprotected, which causes them imbalance as well.

Circumcision causes unnecessary suffering for both men and women.

Of course, I believe that healing is possible, but I've yet to see evidence that suggests the neurological damage caused by circumcision can be undone. When the mind is traumatized so severely at such a young age, the physical damage appears to be permanent.

Yeah, it's tough. I know. Foundational trauma. Very serious. But we have the most powerful spiritual forces on our side to help us heal when we're ready to face and release it. It's a gradual process and we must be gentle and understanding with ourselves. It's not our fault what happened to us. I experience waves of anger and rage over it, too sometimes and that's normal.

Feeling rage and sadness is better than a life of being numb and trying to stuff the pain away. It can be scary when these emotions surface, but our Gods have our backs 100% and they can help guide us on how to express and release them so they are no longer trapped within our bodies and causing ailments. Tears are one of the primary ways our body releases trapped emotions. It's healthy. A lot of people at the bar drinking their lives away are just avoiding a big overdue cry, but instead they drink to stuff it down. Kinetic force is another good way to release trapped rage. Punching bags are great for this one, or breaking sticks in the woods.
