can I do this after I meditate for 10 minutes or while I am meditating ? and for how many times I should repeat the affirmation ? and beside that how am I suppose to breath gold like do I just think about breathing "gold" ? My bad if I didn t express myself corectly but I m kinda new and I don t really understand

It is a practice in itself. Affirm 30 times per session. It requires concentration and calmness, which are achieved through emptiness meditation.

Yes, this can be done without being dedicated. Everyone can meditate and practice basic witchcraft without being dedicated to Satan. Remember to keep up your spiritual hygiene by cleaning your chakras and aura, along with an Aura of Protection.
