Here's a pretty good book on posture if anyone is interested.

I'm not sure if this is a suitable host or not for the boards, however. There's some thing about showing emails of accounts that access it and I'm not sure if it can be accessed 100% anonymously.

I'd like to put a link to this book in my signature because I think the knowledge is very fundamental to the pursuit of physical perfection.

I'll use a link shortener but I'd like input on the host, first. If it's okay or if I should find another.

It's about posture. How to sit, stand and walk.

Typically people with pain could avoid needless Jewish surgeries if they would just use their bodies the way they were designed to be used. Doctors love to "blame the body" so to say when the true culprit is often lousy body mechanics (misuse of the body) causing injury over time.

The Alexander Technique.

The head weighs about 10 pounds. 4.5kg.

Slouching and hanging over a mobile phone puts huge stresses down the spine.

I once had severe back pain and the doctors wanted to operate fusing vertebrae together.

Never had any operation and by minding what Im doing to myself and how I'm using my mechanism I have perfect spinal health.

Can be difficult when shopping to lower yourself while leaving your good posture alone.

I cannot see your book on my old i-phone here. But Im sure it's the Alexander Technique.

I like this twenty minute semi-supine lying down posture straightening meditation.

I've never heard of The Alexander Technique.

Here's the book I posted.

Thank you for sharing this information my Brother ⛧

It really helps me a lot since I have some posture problems and I look more like a pipe pasta sometimes

Hail Satan ⛧

Absolutely. Mine wasn't too great either but this book helped a lot.

I also have another book on stretching that I want to share.

This kind of stretching is called "myofascial" which means it makes use of the fascial "suit" that envelopes your body.
Fascia wraps around every organ and permeates every muscle entirely by wrapping around each individual muscle fiber before terminating into tendons. Chances are this book will benefit even the advanced Yogis that are reading.

I went as far as taking screenshots of a couple stretches to make it easier for people to try.

Be careful with these stretches because you can cause damage when you start incorporating fascia.
Don't do anything too hard and too fast.

Any time I get knee pain I can do the hamstring stretches and it goes away like magic.
It's quite a dramatic feeling to take your first few steps after doing this one for the first time. You will immediately feel a huge difference in your stride.

Interesting, there are many things that people do not know. I don't know if there is an end to knowledge.

I cannot download the book. Would you please upload it to this site?

Yes it works, I downloaded it. Thank you.

Was anyone able to give it any practice? How did the stretches feel?

When working on your posture don't forget to "mind your tail". As in, pretend you actually have a tail attached to your tailbone and figure out how to not sit on it.
