I dont know how to find name and sigil of my Gardian Demon, I dont have opened astral eyes and ears.

Do not rush it. Many of us have waited for years to see and hear our GD for the first time.
Even when you can't hear and see Him/Her, your GD is still there protecting you.
What you should focus on right now is to develop your meditation schedule, and start working on empowering your soul, which is one of the goals every SS should strive for. When your soul is more powerful and your astral senses/chakras are open, you will be able to see, hear and feel your GD.

And last, but not least, you shall participate in Reverse Torah Rituals.
