Call yourself a taoist. or if you really wanna avoid using spiritual or religeous explanations just say you are doing mental training exercises when you meditate.

Hinduism works, yes. I don't know why it would be necessary to give a label or anything. You could even just say you practice Yoga and you follow Science. Or use the umbrella of "Pagan spirituality."
