I was constantly bored, not bored in the sense of the word but mostly couldnt hold concentration for a long time during activities like school, even when doing nothing. Meditation was really really difficult, had to make it shorter, completely couldnt stay there sat down, I wanted to move constantly. So i split the meditations and now I'm about to eat a pizza. Lol
