Use Sowilo+Fehu. Vibrate them. Craft a well suited affirmation also, make sure you include" in positive ways for me, permanently" if you want permanence of course. Visualize the energy as shining golden light. The amount of reps is up to you but maybe look at the numbers of the runes on the Futhark and coordinate the amount of reps of each rune with either the number of it or a multiple of the number of the rune. For example Fehu is number 1, so youd maybe wanna do 10 reps of that, I suppose. 10-> 1+0=1.
The timing is important. Dont start anything, even physical stuff, if the moon is void-of-course. You wont finish it very likely. Although there are some exceptions like dedication ritual etc.
