How do I grow spiritually from the bottom?

How do I go about this from the start? I've been dedicated since January 6th, 2018. I meditated till somewhere around February and then I had to stop as school just got to me and I couldn't really follow up with the program.

Is there anything I should do? How can I grow spiritually? Many people send me different guides.
