I see that the estimated time is 20 minutes, so the freeing the soul part and the others are two works to be done separately, one after the other. [ Because I think that vibrating MUNKA 108 times, AUM RA 100 times and SOL 80 times, if to be done all together, would require more time than 20 minutes].

We have to affirm 40 times or 9? I already know that the more you affirm, the better is. The problem is that I don't have a lot of time [the RTR's have priority and beside them I can do only another work of 20/25 minutes, and affirming 40 times take more time].

Maybe to someone this questions are easy ones that can be solved even by myself [and yes, they are], but I'd like to understand what the HP intended to say in this work.

I feel like you can skip the affirmation part and just do the other workings. By the way the affirmation part is the part where before sleeping you do an affirmation for 40 times. The other workings of course need an affirmation and you can do it for the Aum Ra 8 times and for Munka 9 times. Hope it's clear.

Since luis answered to the other questions, I'll deal with this one. It doesn't require more than 20 minutes unless you go for longer breathing and vibration times. At that level, you can do it within the scheduled time. That's entirely up to you. You want to take 20 minutes, take 20. You want to take longer, take longer. It doesn't matter.

20 minutes include both freeing the soul and the rest of the working, excluding affirmations when you wake up and before going to bed. However, the freeing the soul part should be started at a different time, as far as I know. You should start it when the Moon is waning in power (in Scorpio, Capricorn, Aquarius or Pisces), during the hour of Mercury and, if it's possible, on a Wednesday.
