Hello, Satanic brothers and sisters, can someone share trustworthy video link to Five Tibetan rites? Every video I find it’s done differently, and even every article on it I read it says different ways to do, I am lost in understanding which method is closest to original and most effective.

I did it how it's shown on English wikipedia article. Now that I looked around a bit, all the articles and one video I looked was instructed the same way.

Just try it out. You'll definitely feel it.

I was confused about speed, one performer was doing extremely slow, another fast. I think I found my own pace. Ty.

For example one video on third rite shows exercise without putting chin down, next video on second rite shows lifting hands from ground when lifting legs with head, next video shows fast, another shows extremely slow.. :D one article says in first rite we should look straight forward when spinning and let vision blur, another says look to the ground while spinning…

Those are minor details.

Speed is up to you.
