There's more to spiritual self defense than just magick and willpower, you also need knowledge and wisdom. Without knowledge of the truth, and the wisdom to use it, you'll have a harder time breaking free of enemy influence. This is why the Jews work so hard to destroy our Satanic history. If you don't have the truth, you have no solid defense against their lies.
Indeed the FRTR is a sword against the Jews, but you need armor too. Just spamming the FRTR without cleaning your aura and programming it to protect you, will lead to problems down the road. That's like learning to use the sword but ditching the armor, meaning you could be easily wounded by just a “sword slash” from the enemy.
Learning the truth, and advancing in both knowledge and wisdom, is like building your own personal fortress with security guards. Learning more truthful information, is like upgrading the fortress' barriers. Applying new knowledge to gain wisdom, is like better equipment and training for your guards.
There comes a point where your fortress becomes so well defended, it can no longer be easily penetrated by the enemy. When you reach this point you will feel more free, as the hoard of astral enemy grunts can't harass you any more. This also makes it easier for you to connect to the Gods, because now you have a “quiet space” in your mind to receive telepathic messages.
Bottom line, we can't just focus on defeating the Jews, we have to surpass them as well.

Slyscorpion mentioned earlier that the Greys seem to be running on a script. Think of a computer program, it loops the last known set of instructions until it reaches the next set or is interrupted. An interruption can be from external input or an error.
In some cases, an error may be irrecoverable and cause the program to crash. When a program crashes it could do anything from stalling to printing garbage.
How does this relate to the Jews? Well when the “script” of a Jew “crashes” they tend to go to the extreme by “printing garbage”. Although to some of us this may appear to be a program glitch or a “possession”, it's actually intended by the (((developers))).
The “garbage data” is intended to frighten and brainwash it's target, it's not harmless junk data, it's malware. This malware is designed to infect souls rather than computers. That's why keeping up a strong AOP is so important. Your AOP is your anti-malware defense.
