Finding time to meditate on the Chakras can be problematic for some people..

I was just wondering if these videos really work by just listening without meditation or breathing exercises?

Say for example, while working at home on the computer while listening with headphones.. do they really help balance the Chakras with consistent listening?

Sure it works best and would only help benefit meditation more but my question is about listening to it normally while multitasking. Has anybody tried and noticed effects?

Some of the videos I mean:

Cheers.

Oh I also want to ask for the link on the JOS that showed the yoga poses, I forgot the name of the yoga that was recommended. I'm really getting into it now (finding that it completely kills social anxiety) but I can't find it the link I seen ages ago. No point is making another thread for that, Cheers!

No, you need to properly meditate.
Do you think it would enhance meditation while using these? I understand sound can be powerful but I don't no if I trust Jewtube of all things for these things.

If you believe so, yes. But it helps psychologically not by any other mechanism.

I believe that something of true effect can be accomplished with these, but it needs purposeful designing. An example of this is forcing a deep trance by sounds if one is meditating on the sounds.

But there's also dubious effects of this, directly on the pineal gland.

Some tones, listened to minutes on end while in meditation, will internalize the rhythm and frequency in to the middle of the head. This can be used for good or not.

In the same manner, crickets at night reach a frequency of which the pineal gland resonates, and it stimulates it for better sleep.

So far I have only found harmful frequencies and random claimed things on this. At most psychological reasoning, potentially at best, a minor incentive in meditative states (but it needs musicality as well).
