I can 'feel' how I lose my own self it's like a fog.

Since I have this transit I've drink so much. Too much.

You must focus on meditations with any intense Neptune transit. It will sublimate its effects and make it transforming, empowering, artistic and positive.

Also, try to explore music and what you like. You can also listen to music while Yoga and meditation. But you should leave out songs with lyrics outside of meditation. It is okay with Yoga tho.
