Health working on 28th August 2022

Hey dedicated brothers and sisters i hope you are all okay and healthy.

I wanted to ask for some advice for the upcoming date, i want to start a health working for myself.

I don't have a health problem but i want to make use of the energy and i like sitting in the sun,
august is leaving, the sun is leaving soon : (

A general simple working with the use of the suns energy, runes etc. i am relatively new still, you know better.
And perhaps maybe something else i could start on that date.

I did this about 3 years ago when I was still relatively new and it worked perfectly. I used to get sick about 2-4 times a year and since I did I haven't got any sick at all. It is pretty easy is to do, and it doesn't require vibration!
For optimal result do it after you have done your yoga or after a pranayama exercise!

Also keep in mind that this working can manifest in more than one ways. What I mean is that it might help you stop some bad habits thay you might have that hurt your health. For example after I finished the working I felt less and less the need for junk food which I was eating a lot back then and my overall health got a boost shortly after!

Maxine suggests using Uruz rune, what other rune could i use/combine for a general health working?
I like using runes, vibrating mantras, doing rituals etc

Btw something off topic, in Greece we have many ancient energetic sites, like Delphi, Zeus Cave in Crete etc.
I did Azazels ritual at Delpi it was beautiful, i recommend greek members do the same if they haven't already,
but carefully

For pure health, Uruz (stronger form: Auruz) is good. You can combine it with Sowilo, if you desire, but I have had good results from Auruz alone. This is because Uruz represents the body and health more directly than Sowilo does. At the same time, don't forget that solar energy itself is the root of vitality.

Yes you can but you shall change the affirmation because the one suggested by HPS Maxine is for healing not preventing diseases!

I personally would prefer to use the Sun mantra for health purposes, I have experimented with the runes for years and although they are really powerful,I find the Sun better for this purpose. Of course everyone is individual and the runes might work better for you!

I didn't know about the stronger form Auruz and i couldn't find it in the Rune page

I tried it and indeed it feels much better and stronger for me, thank you.
Now i am curious if other Runes have stronger forms aswell...?
