In the past I was able to predict the future, by about 5-10 seconds, it was like a voice inside my head was saying what was going to happen and then it did. Unfortunately, I lost this ability for the most part, now the voice only speaks when I’m about to be hurt.
Does anybody know how I may be able to harness and be able to use this ability more?

Pineal gland meditations helps with this too. I'm doing the King and Queen and I notice I can predict things randomly. I think about something (or more like the thought suddenly poup up in my mind) and then some seconds later it happens. But for now it's so random it has no real use.
