I usually direct all general dirt and negative energy back to the enemy thought-form. Unless I know the person sending me destructive energy hence repelling it back to them.

When the enemy is no more. Where is Negative energy to be directed? Is negative energy a natural presence in life, meaning the same way we generate waste in the physical is the same way negativity in the Spiritual is generated? And in higher existence it is meant to be transformed into positive energy? Can I learn to do that now and use it further for my advancement?

When the enemy is no more, we'll be advanced enough to transform negative into positive energy

You should direct all that negative dirt energy on the enemy through the Final RTR and other curses against the Jews. This will be very beneficial to you in all ways there is.

Negative energy can be viewed as waste energy yes, in case of death, tragic accidents, anger/rage, creates what you would call negative energy. As it is of a violent and chaotic nature.

Positive energy comes from higher vibrations in the tune of frequency. This can be generated through Solar energy as that is of a finer frequency. Here is an excerpt from JoS on chant:

Chanting brings more power to workings. Sound can break glass or turn one's insides into jelly, killing them instantly, this is the power of sound. Chanting the name of a hated one in the correct tone while torturing a poppet, adds power to the working. Our minds, when trained, send out strong electrical impulses, vibrating waves of molecules into a thought form that is directed/sent during ritual through intense focus. Adding sound intensifies the thought form."
