We are often told to live healthy, to live with vitality and happiness, to move and be liberated. But all of this needs to be understood, and to understand it and eventually put it into practice, Spirituality needs to be used as a solution to almost every problem.

Of course, this does not preclude one from starting to eat healthily, but the effect will be Spiritual in a larger sense.

Meditations, not only heighten the astral senses, open the eyes of the "Spirit", reveal other higher dimensions and states of consciousness, but also apply to real life.

It gives happiness, helps overcome delusions, gives peace of mind, and the list could go on and on in this paradigm. In short, meditation affects your life not only Spiritually but also physically, as it gives the soul what it needs through its invigorating, energizing effects, and thus the body what it needs.

Chakras have a specific nature in terms of physical life.

Weak or strong, they all have different effects on the human body and Spiritual Well-being. For example, if one suffers from depression, it is due to a chaotic and weak flow of energies, which in this case is dominated by the Root Chakra, as this Chakra controls how we direct our energies.

However, if it is strong, it can also be a symptom of burnout, as it is too active and powerful and you find it difficult to manage this monumental energy, let alone one of the 3 Watchtowers. This is also where the 3 Nadi come from, and it also controls the power of the Snake, so the feeling of "burnout" is understandable.

Physical ailments can be traced back to, for example, dental problems, flu (parallel to the Throat Chakra), depression and discouragement, urination problems as the bladder overworks.

However, in this paradigm, we could also mention the Heart Chakra, as this Chakra is also a major contributor to depression, as the upper and lower Chakras are directed through it. The elements can also play a role, especially if Water or Earth dominate.

Chakras are very prominent in our lives.

To use another example, the Sacral Chakra has a great influence on the extent to which your spiritual development occurs. Since this Chakra can store traumas from past events, repressed emotions, etc.

Such emotions have a great impact on your Spirituality and also on your Physical life. With repressed emotions, the human soul is not completely healthy and this affects both mentality and morality. Therefore, a thorough cleansing of this Chakra is beneficial in many ways, both physically and spiritually.

In addition, the Throat Chakra can also do this, as it is the Chakra that is activated in situations where we feel anxious, distressed or even want to cry about something.

The Sacral Chakra is connected to Sexual Energy, so if this Chakra is weak, you will be unable to manage Sexual Energy in the right place, which will affect your Magical work while you remain in this paradigm, not to mention that you will have difficulty meditating on your body.

Conversely, if you are operating too strongly, then the Sexual Energy is absolutely powerful, and Sexuality is of paramount importance to you, so you are almost always thinking about it. For women, this also manifests in excessive attention and worry, or vice versa.

The enemy is very strongly attacking Sexuality, and we can see that. This is to make people ignore it, because this energy plays a monumentally prominent role in working with Kundalini, and the Sexual energy itself symbolizes the life force, and we get this from Satan.

Our purpose with it is to work on it and use it to help us reach the phase that brings us closer to the Divine Being.

Those who deprive themselves of the relevant and constructive power that Kundalini provides will never progress in Spirituality. Celibacy is one of the worst things one can do to oneself, but we can see that.

But views, philosophy and outlook are also influenced by the Chakras. For example, someone who is deeply depressed (Root Chakra weakness) is in many ways a sanguine and can see the bad or the wrong in everything and cannot be easily made to feel better or to see reason.

The Gunas (Tamas, Rajas and Sattva) also play a role in how we shape our outlook, life and philosophy of life. For example, if someone has a predominance of Rajas, they may see situations as more chaotic than they really are, or as confusing and hectic.

Chakras are also part of Gunas, and to a significant degree.Namely, Tamas is related to the two lower Chakras (Root and Sacral), the middle three Chakras are related to Rajas (Solar, Heart and Throat), and the upper two Chakras (6th and Crown) are related to Sattva. They are found in all humans.

One of the ultimate goals of Magnum Opus is to fully empower Sattva.

As I said above, when one has Rajas at the forefront, one sees world events as chaotic, and the list goes on in this paradigm. In the same way we move upwards, Tamas contains more of the static, Rajas the Conscious, and Sattva the Superhuman, the Divine.

In this perspective, it is the purpose of Yoga to bring Sattva to the fore. In terms of nutrition, Sattva includes vegetables, weeds. While Rajas, for example, includes fried foods, and so on. These Gunas play a special role in life and their impact is psychologically understandable.

Chakras, when overactive, can trigger certain 'physical' causes.

I'm talking about things like the Crown Chakra being very active. When this happens, one can live in a dream world, mental illness can occur because the energy cannot be controlled and control is out of one's hands. These can lead to serious mental illness of the human mind.

Also closely related to the crown chakra is daydreaming, where one lives in a dream world and fantasises a lot. To balance this, the Crown Chakra Mantra (Maum) can be used along with affirmations. However, in order to have all three Gunas at the right level, all the chakras need to be balanced.

Otherwise, this Chakra is the most Spiritual Chakra in the Self.

Considering that Sattva is Perfection, this Spiritual Work aims to amplify Sattva, which includes Spiritual Perfection, or Divine Being. For example, if one is one of the people I wrote about in the Rajas, one can strengthen the middle Chakras.

As I said, Yoga is also an excellent tool for this purpose. It frees the mind, clears it of excess energy and brings Sattva to the fore.

The 3 Guna is also present in our daily lives. Sattva also includes Wisdom, (Divine Being), Rajas includes Consciousness, the instincts, and Tamas includes the animal instincts. Also related to the 3 Nadi, Ida is the Sattva, Pingala is the Rajas and Sushumna is the Tamas. AUM can also be interpreted as - "A" for Sattva, "U" for Rajas and "M" for Tamas.

Spirituality is the basis of human life. If one knows the right Knowledge, there is no obstacle.
